Accounts, Organisations & Restaurants
To work with the reseller platform, it's important to understand the structure of accounts. Every customer that is created under your reseller platform is known as an Account. When you create an account, the email address you register it with is the first admin user of that organisation.
If you don't have your customers email address available when you're adding their first account you can use a temporary address, in the format of customer@domain . All email addresses, valid or not must be unique.
An account can have one or more locations under it. Each of these locations has their own unique IP address, Password and Configuration Script.
Accounts can also have Location Staff users that have access restricted to one particular location.
User email address must be unique, you can't add an existing email address to a new account.
