Birthdays are big business, ensure your customers are spending theirs with you and not your competitor. The automatic Birthday email can take care of that for you!
If you have more than one location within your account you will be able to select it from the Location drop down list.
You can configure each email to send a number of days before your customer's Birthday.
Multiple Birthday emails can be created as a mini campaign to your customer. Why not send one 14 days before, one 7 days before and one to wish them a Happy Birthday with that final enticing offer?
Here you can set your business name, or even your name. Setting something more intriguing can increase your email open rates. Why not enter something like 'Yourname @ Your Venue'.
Getting the subject right is one of the most important things when it comes to getting people to open your email. If you're offering them something great then go for a punchy subject line, i.e "We'll make your Birthday Special"
The message field supports plain text as well as HTML. When it comes to emails and getting around spam filters simpler is often better. Most phones now don't automatically download images within emails, so unless the recipient really wants to see what you've created they're unlikely to in the first instance. Often simple to the point emails get the best response.

Once you've completed your message, click save, then when you're ready activate the email on the main Automated Emails page.
Don't forget to activate your email after saving it.
