Send an email when a user logs in

Any user that logs in after the new email has been created and activated will be sent this email. The user will only receive this email once, so if they're a regular user you can rest assured that they won't feel like they're being spammed.
If you have more than one location within your account you will be able to select it from the Location drop down list.
Each email will only be sent once to an individual user, no one likes being spammed!
Currently, we only allow for delayed sending to be specified in minutes, this is purely a usability issue rather than a system restriction.
You can use the table below as a guide on setting longer durations in minutes.

Here you can set your business name, or even your name. Setting something more intriguing can increase your email open rates. Why not enter something like 'Yourname @ Your Venue'.
Getting the subject right is one of the most important things when it comes to getting people to open your email. If you're offering them something great then go for a punchy subject line, i.e "Don't miss out!"
The message field supports plain text as well as HTML. When it comes to emails and getting around spam filters simpler is often better. Most phones now don't automatically download images within emails, so unless the recipient really wants to see what you've created they're unlikely to in the first instance. Often simple to the point emails get the best response.

Once you've completed your message, click save, then when you're ready activate the email on the main Automated Emails page.
Don't forget to activate your email after saving it.
